Baby Mickey

there is a group that was making a baby book - this is what I did for it - the page size 8x8 & this holds 4x6 photos
if you are a person that prays please include baby Dacky in your prayers drs are saying the baby boy will have problems if he gets to leave the hospital so all prayers will help.

Journeling cards

I know several people doing the put pics in the photo sleeves with the different sizes

there is 2 files of Donald, Minnie, Mickey and Goofy -- 1 file of Pluto & Daisy plus anther file that has Mickey & Pluto
on the other file of Minnie you can leave the words out - just pick which grass you use - one has the spot for the letters the other doesn't - then either cut the letters or not

OK this is another one that is picky - first off you have to drawn in the lines
you really need 3 shades of grey - building should be the middle shade so the car is more neon looking (or should I say Tron looking)
anyways I added the railing then added the building since that needs to line up
then work my way down
the gray on the car is all one piece - so please have very good paper & mat & blade -- or maybe the cameo would work better
on the white circle part of the sign thingy there is a little bigger curve that connects up with the grey then the inside part of the grey sign is seprate but you match it up with the white

I trace a Disney Pin that was given/sold at the grand opening of the redo -- gotta love Disney pins for wonderful paper piecing that fit the rides (so yeah, Disney copyright so no selling)

on these you have to click on the arrow pointing down (left hand side of the page, Title of file, then a line that says file, edit, view, etc then the arrow, printer button etc)

 OK since my cricut likes to eat mouths & eyes I did it by layers - draw in the chin first it would help figure out where the lips belong so glue down the lips then glue the teeth & white part of the eyes then if your machine behave add the blue eyes (if it doesn't or you don't want to deal with a little bitty blue then grab a marker & color in the eyes which is what I did on the one that laying down)

Donald's hat is crazy to me but that is how the pic I used had it so that is what I did - it is a "pin" that holds the feather on it on the side - not sure what the darker green is suppose to be


I goofed on goofy & didn't get a pic of him showing the layers - just glue the white jumpsuit down first - remembering the orange strip on the side

there is 2 other files - Mickey Magic & the sign with Pete - I have cut Mickey but not Pete - on Pete you need to draw black lines going down the "sign" so it looks like boards - I left alittle of the word part so I knew where to put the letters for the sign

Small World Ride

there is several layering here so look closely at the photos - the Mexican hat base is a must to go down first then the red hats - the Mexican yellow shirt goes down next then the purple pants/shorts then add the - hmmm vest??? or poncho layers - the German top goes on before his shorts, then India Girl red & dress goes on before the yellow - the Africa head with attach hands goes on before her clothes - on my LO I cut this bewteen the Mexican & African

Sofia the First

OK I was asked to make a file for Sofia the First - she has alot of pearls so the bigger the better & whatever you need to do for detail cutting on your machine would help
on the dress put the dress on first then add the underskirt then the strip on the underskirt then the pearls on top to hide the seam - I kinda thought that anyone good with paint could add dots where all of the pearls go

I did something alittle different - I made a copy so there is one that is all put together for ya to see then the copy I broke apart & got everything as close as possible to save paper

close up of the new files - I think I did a better job on colors here - the rope still needs alittle drawing on it - I was really wanting Brer Bear as the "Scacecrow" instead of Brer Rabbit (if anyone can find a pic of that, please send it too me - I still want to do it - maybe for the next trip, if I can talk hubby into going again, he wants to pay off bills (house, credit cards etc)

the dark green on the windows is one piece - it lines up with the top of the light green
Donald's outfit & Goofy's pants are also one piece so drawing in the hat & Donald's arms really helps alot, Donalds beak & feet are a different shade of yellow than all of the rest (the collar & sleeves stripe are the same as the cars & train)
I traced a Disney pin & this is how they had done up - I kept thinking the colors aren't right but I went with what Disney did (maybe Disney World is different than Disney Land)

Storybook Circus

the glitter around the photomats is still wet in the pic - the paper is from DCVW All about Boys Stack

If I was make this again I would make it wider the word Storybook is suppose to have slits in it where yellow shows thur - they were too small so I didn't do it - so I added glitter, the word Circus got sliver because the sign that I traced has white lights, my plan was to use the white gel pen & add dots

I completely forgot to save this in SCAL so there is only svg file
but there is another file for circus stuff - a couple of balls one with a star on it and the other has a zig zag design then stands for animals to jump on - I found this paper in my stash so I haven't cut these out yet

Epcot 2013

I'm waiting on page protectors to get here but I can't rember what I got done & what needs to get done so I"m posting what I had done so I can see it
I know Test track isn't done but I"m holding off until I see what they changed up on me

 

I know Test Track & Ellen is missing - we don't do Ellen - 45 minutes with 2 austic boys doesn't seem like something everyone else on the ride wants to deal with
